Hello Makinde! It has really been very long without any news. I saw your bip the other day and i was glad we are still intouch. we have been very busy ptoducing a new edition of our quarterly magazine. if you have any contribution you think will be valuable for our magazine, do not hesitate to send it. as for the letter of accomodation you could not down load, we will srnd it again in another form (picture form). hope you have not relented in your efforts of preparation.
Best regards from all the Nature Club menbers.
Hello Makinde, it is because of some time constraints that we haven't been able to reach you.there are too many things in our heads right now of which you are not the least.with regards to your last mail, you are required to come along with your passports but you need no visa. by the way, we need to find out the following:how many of you particularly will be coming for the preparatory meeting?what will be your means of transportation, what fund raising capacity do you have? in our capacity, we can host a small group of about 3 to 5 people.
please do not hesitate to ask any thing you have doubt in.
thanks and have a blessed day.
Hello Makinde,We have written to you on our Nature Club Forum on Better World Web site.
We are glad you always write to keep us informed. Our reaction has been slow in coming because we had to discuss in our meeting the approach of the exchange program. We came out with the following resolutions:
i. There is general excitement in the BetterWorld Students Nature Club to immediately go into action.
ii. There should be discussions (about a budget ) i.e. on how the program will be funded and how many people will come from your side for the first contact meeting,to draw up an Action Plan. We can host a small group of 3-5 people for this planning process.
iii. Finally we like to congratulate you for coming to the Betterworld students Forum for more intimacy and we would like you to encourage many of your members to actively participate in the forum. You are free to start New topics for discussion.
Thanks and hope to read from you soon.
Best regards.
Laura ATABE
PS: Most of us in the nature club are girls.
hi Makinde! we are glad to know that all of us really want to get started.but first, we would like u to produce a document from ur group stating exactly what u expect us to offer or what u intend to learn from us.from here, we will know exactly what to put in place for u and how to adjust our programme to suit ur own.
thanks once more and hope to read from u.
best regards.
Unfortunately Makinde I could not make the connection form Lagos.
fortunately You and Atabe are now connected. I think the real question is about how you want to start the collaboration.I am talking with the Garden clubs and they are all very keen and I am ready to assist in whatever way I can.
Hi Makinde, it was really nice reading from you.actually, we have been working on how to get in contact with USMEFAN to create an opportunity for such a programme.Mr Joshua told us this a day before he travelled abroad and i assure you we will get on that right away.Tommorow we will send you more information about our activities.
best regards.
Great to follow up on Atabe, Cameroon youths are keen to come on board.
As it is Makinde,
I will be in Nigeria (Lagos) from 1st June to 5th to be assessed on an Ashoka Fellowship program; I see if i can ring you up .Please don't let go the connection you have established with cameroon.
Joshua.
